Upon guests’ arrival ribbon & triangle sandwiches* will be served, followed by your choice of hot food & sweets.

Choose any five (5) of the following items:

  1. Cocktail spring roll with dipping sauce
  2. Sesame topped sausage rolls
  3. Traditional fish cocktails served with lemon wedges & cocktail sauce
  4. Homemade mini quiche with a variety of gourmet fillings
  5. Cheese & spinach triangle*
  6. Flame grilled meatballs
  7. Chinese Yum Cha selection*
  8. Petite gourmet beef pies
  9. Chicken satay sticks (no peanut)
    *suitable for vegetarians

Choose any two (2) of the following cake selections:

  1. Caramel slice
  2. Banana cake
  3. Chocolate cake
  4. Classic carrot cake
  5. Danish pastries
  6. Or fresh fruit platters
  • Tea and Coffee (urn not supplied)
  • Soft drinks can be added to any menu / package price for $5.95 per person includes plastic drinkware
  • Please note: All disposable plates coffee cups , & serviettes are inclusive.  We need the use of your kitchen.  If china cups & saucers are required, a $1.95 surcharge applies.
  • This price includes one (1) food attendant to cook and arrange food on platters.
  • Price is “Per Person” based on a minimum of forty (40) guests
